Affordable Micellar Cleansing Water Comparison: Super facialist, Simple, La Roche Posay

Ok, we all love Bioderma Sensibio Micellar Water, but it's still not available nationwide unless you order from Boots.com or Escentual.com, so what happens if you need an emergency replacement or you just want to explore other options? So with this thought in my mind, I started to test different micellar water cleansers from different brands and price tags.

I bought this after watching Lily Pebbles' monthly favourites, she absolutely loved it. I don't think myself as a definite sensitive skin type, I do get a few episodes of sensitivity but not all year round, so listen to me when I say this is definitely not suitable for sensitive skin, whenever I use this I can always feel the stinging and burning sensation on my skin, and if I dare to use this to take my eye makeup off...actually, DON'T!  Or you'll cry like I did.  It also leaves a slightly sticky residue so maybe give it a pass if don't like the sticky feeling. Oh my my...Why didn't I pick this up earlier? June Beauty and Fashion Favourites 六月美妆时装爱用品

As the weather has been lovely this past month, I have bought quite a lot new products, beauty and fashion wise. Some of them I have been enjoying throughout the month.

由于上个月英国天气大好，借着高温的借口，打开了买买买的节奏，化妆品和衣服饰品样样不能少！买的多了，新欢也多了！

MOROCCANOIL PADDLE BRUSH, initially I bought this for my daughter after her Tangle Teezer broke. But now we both love it. I have long thick hair, my daughter has soft curly hair which is always a pain to brush through, even with a Tangle Teezer. This brush is definitely the best I've tried so far, it speeds up the blow dry process and it detangles much efficient than a Tangle Teezer. 

MOROCCANOIL 大平板梳，最初真的只是买给我女儿用的，但是事实真相是我俩都爱上了！我的头发又长又多，一般的梳子一点不爽快，我女儿的头发超级细软，又是卷发，意味着打结是家常便饭，每天早晚梳头真的特痛苦，她疼我也梳的满头大汗，这把梳子真的是福星啊，比那坑爹的Tangle Teezer好用百倍，轻轻松松就梳开了！我用它来吹直发，吹起来毫不费力，相见恨晚！

DIOR 239 SUNKISSED, this is part of Dior's summer collection, it's a pinky peachy colour, it is THE perfect shade for summer, I haven't been able to reach for others from the moment I bought this home.

CHANEL ROUGE COCO MADEMOISELLE, has been my favourite lipstick since April, I wrote about this in my previous blogpost, click here if you want to know more.

MAC eyeshadow in PATINA and SOBA, I like to apply Patina all over my eyelids, then apply Soba on the outer corner and socket to add a little definition, nothing crazy, great eye makeup look for a parents meeting. 

MAC 单色眼影 Patina 和 Soba, 犯懒的时候我就擦这俩货，patina涂双眼皮内，soba涂外眼角，并晕染到眼窝部位加深轮廓，简简单单一个眼妆搞定！女儿9月开学，上个月家长会一堆，都是这个眼妆出席的。

MAC FIX+, I cannot believe I've just discovered this, my skin has been dehydrated lately, a few hours after I've done my makeup, my complexion always looks dry and caky, not a good look! So I went to MAC store to try this, OMG! When it sunk into my skin, my makeup looked as good as new, my skin looked plumped. It truly is a life saver!

MAC FIX+, 时隔那么多年，居然现在才发现它的美好，最近皮肤极度缺水，每到下午皮肤就显得很干燥，整个妆容显得干巴巴的，还容易脱妆结块，跑去MAC导购给我喷了几下，吸收之后，我惊呆了，皮肤显得很饱满，底妆也看起来很均匀，眼珠子快掉下来了！才3周而已，已经用了那么多了，可见我有多爱它了！

VASELINE Spray&Go, this is an old favourite, discovered this last summer, and I used up 3 bottles! Now the summer has arrived, I went straight for this! It's lightweight, absorbs super fast and leaves my skin soft. I wouldn't recommend this in winter though, it's too cold to handle. 

凡士林喷雾润肤乳，旧爱了，去年夏天爱上的，一个夏天就用了3瓶，现在夏天到了，自然直接回归它的怀抱！超级轻盈好吸收，用完皮肤润润的，唯一的坏处就是冬天不能用，会冷爆的！

H&M BEADED CLUTCH BAG, I'm so glad I found this bag, it is perfect for summer evening parties, I can fit everything in it, it has a metal shoulder chain too, but I hid it in the bag, I like it this way, you can style it with a maxi dress or a jumpsuit or even smarter outfit too. 

H&M 串珠手包，英国人夏日晚上爱搞各种派对，小挎包或者手包必不可少，偶尔在H&M发现了这只包，一见钟情，买回来后恨不得每次出去都带上它，必要用品都能塞进去，口红，粉饼，钥匙，手机，卡包等等，最重要的是能搭配各种风格衣服，波西米亚长裙，露背性感连身裤，衬衫长裤都可以。

ALDO Sandals, they are so cute! I love the colour combination, the pastel green, the black polka dots at the heels, and surprisingly these are really easy to walk, I even bought the pads just in case they hurt my feet, but no, the pads are still in my bag not touched!
ALDO 高跟凉鞋，第一眼就爱上了这个颜色组合，薄荷绿配上白底黑点，与众不同，带有十足的夏日气息，跟很稳，好久不穿高跟的我也可以轻松驾驭，本来特意买来以防万一的足垫都没有用上。

April Beauty Favourites 四月美妆爱用品

April is the month I started getting into the spring/summer mood, the nice warm weather at the beginning of April certainly helped set the tone. I'm really excited about this month's favourites, not only that I found a few budget friendly products that I absolutely love, but also I discovered some from my old stash and an exciting lip combo. 

四月是我开年至今第一次开始感受到春夏的气息，当然啦，四月初长达2周的“高温”肯定帮了大忙。本月的美妆爱用品样样都让我兴奋，不光发现了一些新的开架好物，还挖掘出了一些旧爱，混搭出了新的唇膏颜色。

• So here we have:

•  SUQQU eyeshadow palette 01, it's been my go to palette for over 2 months, so easy to blend and amazingly soft almost bouncy powder makes me addicted. 

• Soap&Glory archery 2 in 1 brow pencil in dark chocolate, this is actually my second one, hands down the best and it's affordable. 

• Rimmel Rita Ora nail polish in GO WILDER NESS. I love the formula, rather watery, 1 coat give you a sheer wash of colour, but 2 coat is all you need, great colour pay off, fast drier, long lasting(so far 4 days without chipping at all)

• Nailtiques Formula 2 nail treatment, I love nail polishes, but we all know applying nail polish non stop will dry out your nails, make them really fragile. I've been on the hunt for the best nail treatment for a long time now, finally 100% happy with this one, it really is worth the extra few quid. I'll do a nail care routine next week. 

• BECCA beach tint in Strawberry. I'm sure everyone loves this. Apply on cheeks for a wash of colour, dab on lips for a tint of matte colour, gives the most subtle colour,  the water resistant formula is perfect choice for a hot sweaty long day or beach holiday.

• YSL lipstick in 01 and 207. See swatches down below, both are beautiful, but I discovered when you apply 207 first and then dab 01 lightly on top or centre lips, give it a smudge,  it becomes something magnificent, it's the perfect balance between red and pink and mauve. It's my perfect spring colour.

• SUQQU三色眼影盘01，最近两个多月每次画眼影就会不由自主的抓这盘，虽然只是棕色盘，但是SQ软糯的粉质极易晕染，已经上瘾了，这个坑跳的好，再见了！:(
• S&G的极细眉笔，已经第二只了，它是同价位乃至2倍价位里，举双手双脚最好用的，只有两个色号，但是深色对于亚洲人来说是绝配，极细的笔芯能画出超自然的眉毛！
• Rimemel和歌手Rita Ora合作的甲油系列，这个颜色是我的最爱，甲油质地偏水，刷一层是透明的，两层刚刚好，持久力也不错，4天做家务也没有斑驳脱落的痕迹。
• Nailtiques的2号配方护甲油，人人都爱五颜六色的甲油，但是涂久了，再高端的甲油都能让指甲变的干燥脆弱，我一直在寻找效果好又快的护甲产品，试过3个品牌，目前只有这款才是100%的满意，再糟糕的指甲连续两次就回血了，这款是必须有，下周我会发一篇我自己的美甲过程，需要的可以回来看看。
•  Becca的唇颊两用，色号strawberry, 夏天肯定要有一只防水的唇颊两用，becca目前是我用过的真正两用的，不管是脸颊还是嘴唇都能做到持久又不干燥。去海边或者闷热的夏天，这货一定是必备品！
• YSL唇膏01和207，试色请见上图，两个色都蛮美的，尤其是207暗玫瑰色，某一天我突然发现把207打底，再轻轻把01涂在嘴唇内侧，抿一抿，出来的颜色美呆啦！绝对的暖春色！
